  • Since our products are made‑to‑order, production times may vary slightly depending on the item.

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic (Philippines): Flat rate ₱800

  • International: Rates calculated at checkout based on destination

  • Free shipping on orders above ₱5,000

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Philippines: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by region)

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package directly through the courier’s website.

Customs & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Because items are custom printed, we only accept returns for defective or damaged products.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
